Our Story

South Arkansas Administrative Professionals was started by Donna Herring of Murphy USA in 2012. SAAP was created with the sole purpose of enhancing the networking opportunities among our fellow administrative professionals and giving each individual the opportunity to obtain FREE and valuable training they can incorporate in their careers.

 

Monthly meetings focus on content geared toward improving careers, networking, and training exercises that increase personal and professional growth.   Our organization started out with a handful of administrative professionals and has grown to include over 160 members in our SAAP directory.

 

SAAP currently has over 25 local businesses represented at each monthly meeting.  Through the support of our local businesses we are able to keep our membership and meetings free to all members and their guests.  Thank you to all our local businesses for your support, sponsorships and donations.

Our Goals

 

  • Provide professional and personal training at no cost.

  • Create a networking opportunity among our local administrative professionals.

  • Help to extend knowledge to our area workforce.
